Who can be tested?
(In addition, we offer an at-home PCR gargle test. You can find more information about this here.)
Please remember that the tests are only for persons without COVID-19 symptoms or those without contact to someone who might be ill with COVID-19. If you experience symptoms such as fever, dry cough, shortness of breath or loss of sense of taste or smell, please consult your physician!
3 steps to the test result
1. REQUEST A TEST
Register for the COVID-19 test online, select test type and test center, make an appointment and pay online.
2. SWAB
Come to the location of your selected test center. Our medical staff will take a sample via swab.
3. RECEIVE RESULTS ONLINE
The analysis is performed once the sample is received by the laboratory. As soon as your result is available, you will be informed digitally and will be able to view your result.
Our Test options
SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR Test. Test result usually within 60 to 120 minutes.
Sample: throat and nasopharyngeal swab (on request only throat swab possible)
Detection of all current virus variants possible.
(Virus sequencing is performed from PCR-positive SARS-CoV-2 samples with a CT < 26. The resulting sequences are made available to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI))
FOR JAPAN TRAVELERS: register online. Tell our staff at check-in that you need a certificate to enter Japan.
Please do not eat, drink or smoke for 15 minutes before the sample is taken.

AT-HOME CORONA PCR GARGLE TEST
Our at-home corona PCR gargle test can be used to detect an infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The test is done by simple and comfortable gargling instead of a painful nasal or throat swab. It is a self-test that is easy due to the simple sample collection (gargling), and reliable because of the RT-PCR (Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction Test).
